Bob and Sally Lapides began Lapides Construction in 1976 with a vision to provide home improvement and repair with honesty, integrity and a commitment to excellence. Bob’s entrepreneurial spirit was the motivation for building the company from the ground up. His passion is to help other’s dreams come to life, whether that is a new home remodel, a minor repair, or training employees to provide the best possible service to customers.

Lapides Construction has been in business for over 40 years. We are a full service & insured company that does remodeling, kitchens, baths, basements, additions and 3-D design work, decks and porches, as well as repairs and home maintenance. Other services offered are: siding, roofing, replacement windows, plumbing, electrical/lighting improvements, flooring (hardwood, ceramic, carpeting), asphalt, brickwork, gutters or gutter covers, heating & cooling, landscaping, new windows or doors, adding crown mouldings, custom book shelves, flooring, tile work, painting or new siding... just to name a few.
